pcuif_sock: improve log output (OsmoBTS/OsmoBSC)
When printing the PCUIF protocol version, we only mention OsmoBTS, but
since OsmoPCU can also be used in co-location with OsmoBSC, we should
also mention OsmoBSC here. Let's write "OsmoBTS/OsmoBSC"
