This fixes bogus messages like this one:

  Received MGMT_ERR 'Invalid Routing Context':
      HDR=(MGMT:ERROR,V=1,LEN=268435456), PART(T=Error Code,L=4,D=00000019)
                          ^^^^^^^^^^^^^
