TW-TS-003 has not been deployed anywhere in production yet, and the ThemWi side of the interface has not been implemented yet either: instead I was following my usual process of first defining the interface, then implementing each side thereof as work schedule permits. Hence TW-TS-003 can still be revised, and if you and @[email protected] say it should be TLV, then so be it.
