Patch Set 1: Code-Review-1 RACH busy counting must include all slots in which there is sufficient energy on the channel, it must be incremented before the new to a check, sorry. Its different from "rach access" counting which counts the number of valid decoded each bursts. Using the ratio of the two you can identify uplkink rach interference.
