I don't understand why is this one failing. It built fine on my PC, on
jenkins and I cannot see why it states the function it doesn't exist. I
checked that the file includes the correct header.
Only issue i can think of is that it's not pulling latest master
libosmo-netif as those function were merged a few days ago.
