jenkins.sh: remove leftover MGCP env variable
Jenkins currently runs the build twice, once with
MGCP="--enable-mgcp-transcoding" and once with
MGCP="--disable-mgcp-transcoding". The configure.ac does not have this
parameter, so let's remove the confusing variable.
This is in preparation for describing all environment variables used in
jenkins.sh (follow up commit).
