Change subject: log: fsm: allow logging the timeout on state change ...................................................................... Patch Set 2: sorry about that change-id reference to osmo-msc, it was an accidental leftover, since I changed this patch and forgot to adjust the commit log. The osmo-msc changes were only necessary because I unconditionally changed the logging in the first patch version; now I decided to use a flag that is disabled by default instead.
