FYI: trxcon does support PDCH channels. The only limitation is that there is no
way to activate them using L1CTL - it is not implemented yet. Maybe we should
keep these tests here? As soon as trxcon gets the missing parts implemented, we
would have the test coverage on both L1 and L2.
