Change subject: remove dummy UL measurement results for lost sacch frames ...................................................................... Patch Set 1: -Code-Review I wonder if this is still relevant or if it can be abandoned. I still do not get why leaving the measurement indication out when a block is missing. To me it makes more sense keeping the measurement indication. The upper layers should see a "bad" measurement result.
