Change subject: bsc: Adapt maximum MS Power Ctrl level based on band and MS Power class ...................................................................... Patch Set 6: in teerms of layering, The BSC only terminates RR. I would hence presume that the BSC is designed never to look into MM/CC messsages, and hence it's the MSCs responsibility to send a a CLASSMARK UPDATE over A? This is all just from "general feeling" rather than looking at the specs.
