Change subject: remove openbsc from nightly and latest builds ...................................................................... remove openbsc from nightly and latest builds The only part that we haven't migrated elsewhere is osmo-bsc_nat, which is also really unmaintained at this point. Let's not confuse people into thinking they should actually use this software anymore.
