This is easily overcome by putting the `ffmpeg` in a wrapper script and putting 
the ID3 tag handling in that. They can be passed in as `get_iplayer 11070 -g -c 
'my_ffmpeg_wrapper.sh -i "<filename> <title> <channel> ..."`
