I've upgrade to 2.79 and substituted RMTPDump 2.2d for 2.3.
Still having problems - although the file begins downloading, it hangs after
4.6% and reports:
ERROR: RTMP_ReadPacket, failed to read RTMP packet header.
My .swfinfo file reads:

I'd be interested in trying flvstreamer as everything I've tried has been
broken since before Xmas - any tips on bypassing RTMPDump?
