FWIW this is achievable, but it's likely not part of the standard 'bouquet' because it's not presented as part of the standard iPlayer lineup. Radio 3's 320kbps "HD" stream was only available on the iPlayer Listen Live facility for a short period, it's broadcast effectively as a separate live event stream and is only available as an emp stream via /radio3. The Beeb did this deliberately to preserve their encoding workflow and continue using their 192kbps stream for on-demand: http://www.bbc.co.uk/blogs/bbcinternet/2010/10/hd_sound_for_radio_3.html Apparently they were planning to roll out the XHQ streams for more events... Starting with this year's Electric Proms on Radio 2.
