A tip that may or may not help people with this problem: I've been having this issue for a while now, it seems a programme will either work fine or always fail at the same point, usually around 60MB in. I normally use the "--modes=flashvhigh" paramater, but using "--modes=flashvhigh2" is giving me much better success, haven't had one fail yet since trying that.
Worth a try....! I had an older version of flvstreamer (1.8) on my old disk and by using this (--flvstreamer) I avoid the problem. Not sure what I lose out on otherwise?
