It means you have an older version of get_iplayer and should upgrade.
The current version is v2.80, you have v2.79. BBC changed the url
sometime back.
You also have another problem. When you see this:
ERROR: RTMP_Connect0, failed to connect socket. 10060
it means what it says - RTMPDump isn't able to connect to the media
server. If you're using a VPN, that may be the culprit.
