So I think it's not the redirect itself which is causing the problem, it's actually that the download is not trusted, and wouldn't be from any site that is not "Trusted" by IE. I have manually downloaded and placed it in ./AtomicParsley/AtomicParsley/AtomicParsley.exe (same as my Win 7 Ultimate box).
