Ignore the warning about the iphone URL. It's a vestigial remnant of a time before iphone downloads were locked down.
The clue is in the output you posted:
Couldn't resume FLV file, try --skip 1
Remove the .flv file containing the previous partial download of your programme and try it again. RTMPDump isn't always able to resume partial downloads.
