are you seeing the line INFO: Trying flashaacstd1 mode?
or is it trying a different mode?

If you see "All streaming threads completed" you're trying to download the wma version of the programme. I rather doubt you meant to do that.

Try again and obey the first rule of Get_iPlayer Club:

*Run with --verbose and show us the output*

If it breaks again, try --modes=flashaacstd, and obey the second rule of Get_iPlayer Club:

*Run with --verbose and show us the output*

Otherwise, we're just guessing here.

also, what version of rtmpdump are you using? (rtmpdump -v will tell you)

get_iplayer also could be falling through to wma mode because it can't find rtmpdump on your system, though that seems unlikely if you've been able to download other programmes.

finally, what options are you running get_iplayer with? (get_iplayer
--prefs-show)

Check any mode settings to make sure you haven't inadvertently bumped wma to your preferred mode. Again unlikely, but quick to check.
