Just in case someone else comes across this in the archive one day... If you still had the original mp4 I'd suggest you try tagging with the version of AP here: https://bitbucket.org/jonhedgerows/atomicparsley/downloads/AtomicParsley-0.9.4-hg95.5191bfa76f21.zip which has a couple of bug fixes, one of which I think (but I'm not certain) is relevant to this particular problem.
