This looks like a goof at the BBC end. No episodes of The Men Who Made
Us Fat appear in the programme data that get_iplayer uses to populate
the cache. But since the episode is on the iPlayer site, you should be
able to get it like this:
get_iplayer --pid b01k6l6l
