I now have a HD URL http://www.bbc.co.uk/iplayer/episode/p00syxbw/hd/Torch_Relay_London_2012_Torch_Relay_Day_54_Morning_Session/ And can't seem to get a particularly HD looking video. What do I need to do to make the video download as HD if it's available as HD.
