Caching the programme index only uses http (port 80) not rtmp.
How can I run --verbose from web-pvr (get_iplayer--pvr.bat, run_pvr_scheduler.bat or pvr_manager.cmd)? Since the get_iplayer.cmd command line loads the 'available videos' list then immediately closes by itself.
Don't mess with the web pvr or other wrappers. You need to test with the get_iplayer command line interface itself (using --verbose) while attempting a download.
