I've been following this thread for a couple of days now, and thought that I'd have a go at it. Installation is the latest Windows version running under Win 7 Ultimate .... here is the output.. What it amounts to is that it downloaded without incident (and is complete, having checked the file)at the first attempt, on that basis I'd suggest that there is little problem with the package as supplied.
