If the #1 CDN always points to the same resource then that's to be
expected. That stream may have been misconfigured, or your connectivity
to that CDN may have problems. If you're really seeing flashhd1
*always* fail for *every* programme at *all* times of day, then start
running with --verbose and look for the hostname in the output, e.g.:
Hostname : bbcodspdns.fcod.llnwd.net
If you always get "Sanity Failed" with flashhd1 but see different
hostnames, that would be more curious. That would point to the problem
being related to the fact it's the first download attempt attempt rather
than merely using the #1 CDN.
