Using --info on the World Service radio programme 'More or Less' shows

Is this informational only or might there be any consequences of this?
It is harmless. This happens when "smart" quotes, em-dashes, etc., are
embedded in the description text as character entities. They get
decoded into UTF-8, but the --info display code doesn't expect UTF-8, so
you get the warning.
I ask because my over-night pvr run skipped flashaacstd1mode following:
ERROR: DECODING ERROR, IGNORING BYTES UNTIL NEXT KNOWN PATTERN! [9 of
these messages]
"Wide character in print" message is unrelated to rtmpdump errors.
