It's stopping because a file already exists... so temporarily rename teh
file that's already been downloaded and try again.
Here, I use a program I wrote, to issue GiP commands, and one of the things
it does is assign a sequence-numbered filename to every fetch request, so no
two files can ever have the same name.

OK I shall try again but I did use --force and this usually does what is
intended!
