Take a closer look at your search results. The episodes 10 and 12 you see are not from the current series. They are web-only episodes taken from previous series. Only the most recent episode from the current series is available, which is typical.
Even if the episode is still available via the series web site, get_iplayer won't find it via search because it's over a week old and no longer present in the BBC data feeds. Another clue is that the episode isn't available through the iPlayer site, so very unlikely to be found via get_iplayer search.
Using your episode URL in the Quick URL field works fine here. You don't say what happens when you try to record the programme, so there's no way even to guess what may be going wrong on your end.
