This may well be a Perl problem, or my machine, but (some) accented characters, when entered into 'Exclude Programmes' field in WebPVR are coming backed well and truly screwed after a Search.
e.g. Dè a-nis?: comes back as DÃ<this character 32767 times>¨ a-nis?: and Sam Tân: has â replaced by à 32767 times 32767 = 2 to power 15 -1, hmmm. Never could get my head around codepages and UTFs.
