None of those links ever worked for me except for BBC News, but it
wasn't reliable for whatever reason. I switched to Limelight manifests
at the last minute because of that, and because I couldn't find an
Akamai stream for S4C, but I didn't have time to test the HD/SD streams.
If they are still working when it's time for another release, I'll put
them in.
