What you are missing is that (with Firefox)
right under the embedded player there's the
title of the video clip, which is:
"Allen Jones RA: The power of desire"
and in fact is a clickable link; either place cursor
over it and "right-click -> Copy Link Location"
or indeed click it and then you'll have the link

you quoted yourself; from that, pid=p02bntmp
and something like:
get_iplayer --pid=p02bntmp --tvmode=best --tag-podcast-tv
will fetch the clip to disk...
