There is no get_iplayer.295dev script, per say. That's simply a name some members have renamed the newer version of the script to in order to avoid confusion and so they can use both versions side-by-side. The file you're looking for on GitHub is this one: https://github.com/get-iplayer/get_iplayer/raw/develop/get_iplayer You can put that in your get_iplayer directory and rename it to get_iplayer.pl.
