On your Win laptop, somehow an extra"^M" is added to your search arguments;
... Inspecting again your Win10 log, I am now realising that "^M" is appended to every line of the log excerpt you posted (e.g. INFO: Getting podcast Index Feeds^M), so what is really going on there?
