It is giving you the error: INFO: No specified modes (hlshd,hlsvhigh,hlsstd,hlsxstd) available for this prog ramme with version 'original'
You are using mode 'hlsbest', probably as a result of yesterdays now erroneous advice (the wiki was inaccurate).
