get_iplayer's --info for PID b09ffrlp shows dvflow1 and dvflow2 approximated as 248MiB. I downloaded b09ffrlp using ./get_iplayer --get --tvmode dvflow 3915 and got 318,790,871 bytes for 01:19:18.04 of video and audio. That's 304.02 MiB. `ffmpeg -i *b09ffrlp*.mp4' says Stream #0:1(und): Video: h264 (Main) (avc1 / 0x31637661), yuvj420p(pc, bt709), 512x288 [SAR 1:1 DAR 16:9], 437 kb/s, 25 fps, 25 tbr, 25k tbn, 50 tbc (default) of which 512x288 is probably of most interest to you. You should have a read of this page too, in particular https://github.com/get-iplayer/get_iplayer/wiki/modesref#tv-modes -- Cheers, Ralph. https://plus.google.com/+RalphCorderoy _______________________________________________ get_iplayer mailing list get_iplayer@lists.infradead.org http://lists.infradead.org/mailman/listinfo/get_iplayer
