The only occurrence of the string "Getting URL" is at line 1629. I am guessing, but the error may be in HTTP::Request, although it is a bit strange that it has successfully called it once.
Again I am guessing, but is HTTP::Request part of LWP::Protocol? How you check whether Perl has been configured with the correct version of LWP::Protocol I'll have to leave someone else to answer.
