That error message does not relate to your missing programme(s), it is a BBC
1 schedule page which is redundant, as the developer says "FYI for users:
Ignore the error for now. It will be removed in the next release. BBC One
programme schedules will still be indexed from the local variants. For that
to work, don't use --refresh-exclude-groups{-radio,-tv}, and/or remove any
of those options from your saved settings. There is no real reason to use
those options these days."

The radio cache error is due to Radio4 longwave schedules being discontinued
- again from the developer "FYI for users: Ignore the error for now. It will
be removed in the next release. Radio 4 FM programme schedules will still be
indexed."

Always worth a look at the issues log:

Looking at Zelensky in particular, it does download when using the PID (for
example for episode 2 "get_iplayer --pid m001zps6") so there is a valid
stream available to get_iplayer. Why it isn't in the cache (I checked, it
isn't in mine either) I don't know, but the "failed to download schedule
page errors" are a red herring.
