* Some changes in documentation.
* The following functions were added to the python interface:
* Mesh.pid_in_faces(CVFIDs)
* Mesh.pid_in_cvids(CVIDs)
* Mesh.pid_in_regions(RIDs)
I think that functions are useful because I needed it.
