Log:
reorder contact brick arguments according to their importance
systematically use pointer for optional arguments and references for mandatory
arguments
reduce template parameters
make use of optional arguments/assembly mesh_fems more explicit
move towards a more consistent functions naming in the assembling of contact
terms
(sorry, I couldn't split this commit into smaller chunks, please report any
regressions)
