Hi Julien
thanks for checking on your machine, I went back and
found a mistake with the setup of gcc on the Apple computer here
which caused the problem.
Some libraries in /usr/local/lib were from previous versions of gcc.
I fixed this by re-installing gcc, and using --prefix
to put the getfem libraries in their own directory. The code passes
all tests now.

Hi Richard,
gcc version 4.0.1 (Apple Computer, Inc. build 5363)
'make check' inside getfem++ works, but
When I run matlab, getfem fails with funtions using bricks, it
reports the following errors (below)
Does anyone here have suggestions as to what to do in this case?
I have just tested with a freshly compiled getfem++-2.0.1 and
getfem-interface-2.0 on my powerbook with gcc-4.0.1 (build 5341)
and Matlab
7sp2 and everything went fine (all tests passed).
strange..
