Dear Bin,
From my experience with installing Getfem++ on Linux I can say that all you
have to do is to install qhull first and then
the configure script should see qhull and add the support before you run make.
If you do it for Windows with Cygwin or MINGW, then it is more complicated,
as configure doesn't see qhull automatically and you have to indicate where it
is located.
