Dear All, I'm solving the classical Stokes-problem (airfoil in a tube) on a finite element method mf_u respectively mf_p for the pressure. Now i'd like to get the force in normal direction on the boundary of the airfoil. The force in each point is simply the pressure (this scalar i have) multiplied with the normal-vector at the point. How can i easily compute this normal-vector? Can I do it with the generic_assembly method? The resulting force should then be the attacking force for the linear elasticity problem in the interior of the airfoil.
Many thanks for the answers!
