Dear Andriy,

There is FEM_HERMITE(3) but of course, it is not a fully C^1 element
(but it can give good results). In 2D there is also the Argyris triangle
(degree 5) but I don't know if there is a simple generalisation in 3D
(in fact Argyris triangle element is himself not very simple). I don't
know neither is there is simple generalisation to the 3D of piecewise
third degree polynomial HCT and FVS elements .
In fact, these elements are mainly used in thin structure model that are
one or two-dimensional problems only.

So , you have to have a good reason for using C1 conforming element in 3D !
May be you can avoid them.

Yves.
