[Getfem-users] Issue with set_qdim on reduced mesh_fems

Using set_qdim() method on a mesh_fem with reduction doesn't adapt or 
drop the reduction/extension matrices.

I don't think that there is a general way of adapting the R and E 
matrices for any qdim change so I would suggest that the reduction is 
simply removed whenever qdim is modified.
