Dear Tetsuo,

You are right, these references are no longer used in the documentation and can indeed be removed.

Best Regards,

Yves

Dear GetFEM++ Project

Now I'm checking the sphinx document file compile warning and try to fix it.
And I found some bibliography which is not referenced by compile warning.

getfem/doc/sphinx/source/biblio.rst:168: WARNING: Citation
[so-se-do2004] is not referenced.
getfem/doc/sphinx/source/biblio.rst:159: WARNING: Citation
[remacle2002] is not referenced.
getfem/doc/sphinx/source/biblio.rst:144: WARNING: Citation
[nedelec1991] is not referenced.
getfem/doc/sphinx/source/biblio.rst:59: WARNING: Citation [dh-to1984]
is not referenced.

I am sorry if you feel uncomfortable as it is a detailed point.
But I think it will be nice to the reader that all the bibliography is
referenced.
Could you please tell me that where it is referenced (or it is not used)?
If you could teach me, I will fix it in "fixmisspell" branch as warning fix.

Thank you.

Best Regard Tetsuo.
