Hi Jon, I have implemented pay-to-publish, and am in the process of implementing pay-for-access-to-group-membership (it then becomes a site policy administration issue as to what membership in that group actually gets you, ie, Roles etc).
This is all in the getpaid.* family of stuff I have in my sandbox at http://code.google.com/p/getpaid/source/browse#svn/sandbox/dixond and especially in the getpaid.creditpublish module (which is now unfortunately mis-named and will require some refactoring once I'm done). The main thing currently holding me up in finalising the pay-for-access-to-group-membership is the UI. I'm not clear on how best to present it to the user, so I've been meditating on it while finishing some of my other projects. I'd welcome any collaboration or help. regards, Darryl Dixon Winterhouse Consulting Ltd http://www.winterhouseconsulting.com On Tue, Jan 6, 2009 at 7:31 AM, Jon Stahl <[email protected]> wrote: > > (ccing this back to list) > > Thanks Jim!
