I had both but I removed PayPal and its egg. Google Checkout is all that is left. Incidentally, even If I uninstall GetPaid, then reinstall with quick installer, it keeps some configuration data such as Google merchant id etc. If I could wipe the slate clean and reinstall I would do so but it does not fully uninstall as I mentioned before. I have tried the typical things I do to be safe such as catalog rebuild and zope restart then reinstall. I also removed all eggs and ran buildout again.
