I just took a quick look at getpaid.report and it looks like it takes orders and workflow events and asynchronously copies them to a sql database. So it doesn't actually do any reporting, it just moves the information to a seperate system that you can write SQL reports off of.
Also I don't know about the Google checkout plugin, but the paypal one appears complete to me.
