As an exercise  I' ve started some work and ended with a working
instance with Plone 4.0b1. I"ve have still  difficulties with some
functionnal tests though.
I did not think I woud be persevering  and in order to make the task
easier  I did not care of the Plone 3 compatibility .... so I'm not
sure my work as any value as such.
