Hello all, I just took a bit of time to update the directions for how to install GetPaid, since getpaid.recipe.release has not been updated to work on Plone 4.* The new document is at http://code.google.com/p/getpaid/wiki/InstallingGetPaid, and covers the use of the recipe in Plone 3 and the use of version pins and find-links in Plone 4.
GetPaid users: I'd appreciate it if you could review the new docs to make sure I didn't make any critical errors or omissions. GetPaid developers (of both core and add-ons): You'll notice that the new installation instructions include a list of version pins for getpaid packages that are compatible with Plone 4. In the future, as you release new add-ons that are compatible, or new versions of packages that are already compatible, please update this list! Everyone: I tried to update most of the places I could find that are currently linking to the recipe, to link to the new document instead. I may have missed one or two places; if you find one, please update it. But IMHO, it just adds another layer of complexity that makes it harder to understand what's happening during installation, makes it harder to release package updates, and would make it a bit tricky to make it support both Plone 3 and Plone 4 at once.
